These terms apply to embed partners — organizations that embed the Envoy Mission Inc AI chat widget on their own websites and are billed on measured usage. They are separate from our free outreach-partner program (ministries that follow up with connected seekers) and from our donor and general website terms.
We provide an embeddable AI chat widget that engages your website visitors (“seekers”) in spiritual conversations, plus a dashboard for installation, analytics, seeker follow-up, and billing. We may improve or change the service over time.
The embed service is billed on measured usage (per message, at tiered per-language rates) against a prepaid balance you fund in advance. Usage draws the balance down; we alert you as it runs low, and the widget is automatically paused when the balance reaches $0 and resumes when you add funds. Current rates are set out in your Partner Agreement rate card. Rates may change: we may adjust them on prior written notice, as set out in your Partner Agreement, to reflect changes in underlying third-party costs (such as AI model pricing) or your traffic mix. Prepaid amounts fund service and are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in the Partner Agreement.
You are responsible for how and where you deploy the widget, for the accuracy of the domains you ask us to enable, and for your team's access to the dashboard. You agree not to misuse the service, misrepresent it, deploy it on domains we have not approved, or use it for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes.
The service processes personal information about your seekers (including conversation content and, where a seeker chooses to share it, contact details). How that data is handled — including our respective roles, security, and international transfers — is governed by the Privacy & Data Processing terms and the executed Data Processing Agreement. You are responsible for providing seekers with any notices required by law for your properties.
The widget, dashboard, models, and content are the property of Envoy Mission Inc and our licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to embed and use the widget on your approved properties during the term. Your own website content remains yours.
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. AI conversations are not a substitute for professional counseling, pastoral care, or emergency services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Envoy Mission Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The Partner Agreement sets out the full disclaimers and any liability cap.
These terms apply while you use the embed service. We may suspend the widget for a depleted balance (see §3), for a material breach, or where required for security or legal reasons. Either party may terminate as set out in the Partner Agreement. Sections that by their nature should survive (fees owed, IP, disclaimers, confidentiality) survive termination.
