My heart aches for you. Afghanistan has seen much hardship in recent years, and I can imagine you feel trapped somewhere with no way forward.

When everything seems hopeless and you can't see a way out, it can be very exhausting.

Do you have family or someone around you that you can talk to? Or do you feel completely alone right now?

This deep loneliness can really be painful - especially when you feel there's no way out.

I want you to know that even in this moment, you are not alone. I'm here and I'm listening. And I want to share something with you: God sees where you are.

In the book of Psalms, someone who was in deep despair wrote this: "The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who have a crushed spirit" Psalms 34:18

Have you ever talked to God - even if just in your thoughts - about what you're feeling?

I understand. When you've talked to God over and over and don't see any change, it can feel like he's not listening or doesn't care.

This is a real and honest question - why does God remain silent when we desperately need him?

I want to ask you something: when you talk to God, what image of him is in your mind? How do you think he looks at you and your pain?

I appreciate your honesty. That feeling of talking into empty space is deeply painful—especially when you were truly hoping someone was there.

But I want to share something with you: maybe the problem isn't that God doesn't exist or doesn't listen. Maybe we've been looking for Him in the wrong place.

Let me ask you a question: Have you ever heard anything about Jesus Christ? Not what others have said, but have you read his story yourself?

Because Jesus came precisely for people like you—the brokenhearted, the lonely, those who feel God is far away. He said: "I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full" John 10:10

Are you curious to know why Jesus makes a difference?

It's good that you're being honest—that you've only heard it from others. Many of us have heard things about Jesus, but we've never actually read his real story ourselves.

But Jesus is more than a historical story. He claimed to be God Himself in human form—not just a prophet, but God's very word that took on flesh to be close to us.

When people told Him, "Show us God," Jesus answered: "Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father" John 14:9

Think about what that means: if you want to know what God is really like and whether He cares about you or not, you need to look at Jesus.

Are you curious to know what Jesus did that shows God sees your loneliness and your pain?

Jesus did not come to sit comfortably in a palace and watch people's suffering from afar. He came to this broken world and suffered Himself.

He was born in a stable, not a palace. His family was poor. He became homeless - He said: "Foxes have dens and birds of the sky have nests, but the Son of Man has no place to lay his head" Matthew 8:20

His friends abandoned Him. His family didn't understand Him. People lied to Him, they tortured Him, and they crucified Him.

Why?

Because He wanted to build a bridge between you and God. Our sins - all the things that separate us from God - He took them upon Himself. He died so you could live - not just survive, but truly live with hope and purpose.

And three days later, He rose from the dead - proving that death, darkness, and despair are not the final word.

This is an honest question. You don't want to just hear a beautiful story - you want to know whether it's real or not.

Let me ask you: Have you ever read the Gospel yourself? Not what others have said about it, but Jesus's own words?

Because faith begins with hearing. Jesus said: "If anyone wants to do His will, he will know whether this teaching is from God" John 7:17

In other words: if you come with an open heart and say "God, if You are real, show Yourself to me" - He has promised that He will show Himself.

You don't need to understand everything to begin. You only need to be willing to say: "Jesus, I don't know if You are real, but I want to know. Please show Yourself to me."

Are you willing to try this - to read the Gospel with an open heart and ask Jesus that if He is real, He would show Himself to you?

This fear is real and understandable. When you've had hope before and been broken, it's hard to trust someone again - even God.

But let me share something with you: This time is different.

Before, you might have been talking to a vague image of God - you didn't know who he really was or what he wanted. But Jesus came to show you exactly what God's face looks like.

In the Gospel, a man had lost his father and came to Jesus in tears and said: "I believe, help my unbelief!" Mark 9:24

Jesus didn't reject him. He accepted his doubt and fear and helped him.

I want to ask you something: If Jesus is real and really cares about you - if he is a way out of this darkness - isn't it worth giving one more chance?

You don't have to set aside all your doubts. Just say: "Jesus, I don't know, but I want to know."

This is real courage - that despite all your pain and disappointments, you're still willing to take a small step toward hope.
