1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Envoy Mission website and platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Envoy Mission provides an AI-powered platform that facilitates spiritual conversations with seekers worldwide and connects them with local partner organizations. Our services include AI chatbots, a partner network, donor campaigns, and an impact analytics dashboard.

3. Partner Program

Our outreach-partner program — where ministries receive and follow up with connected seekers — is provided at no cost. Partners agree to receive and follow up with connected seekers in a timely and compassionate manner, and Envoy Mission reserves the right to remove partners who do not meet our community standards. Separately, ministries that embed our chat widget on their own site are billed for measured usage under a distinct embed-partner agreement; those paid terms are set out at /embed-partner/terms.

4. Donations

All donations are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Donations fund AI outreach campaigns and platform operations. Envoy Mission is a registered nonprofit organization and donations may be tax-deductible.

5. AI Conversations

Our AI envoys are designed to engage seekers with respect, cultural sensitivity, and theological accuracy. However, AI conversations are not a substitute for professional counseling, pastoral care, or emergency services. If you are in crisis, please contact local emergency services.

Conversations with our AI are recorded and retained by Envoy Mission, which owns the resulting records and may use and share them — including de-identified content in impact, fundraising, and promotional materials, and with the ministries and supporters that make this work possible. Before a conversation is shared beyond the hosting ministry, we remove contact details and withhold any conversation that could identify an individual, except where the seeker has chosen to share it. This use is described further in our Privacy Policy, and seekers retain the rights over their information set out there.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Envoy Mission website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Envoy Mission and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Envoy Mission provides its services on an “as is” basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of our AI platform. Envoy Mission shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
