• Seeker Conversations: Conversations with our AI envoys are stored to provide meaningful spiritual engagement and continuity across visits. These conversations can include religious or spiritual beliefs — a special category of personal data — so what we collect and how it is used is disclosed to seekers in an in-chat privacy notice. For ministries that host our chat widget on their own site, conversations from that widget are available to that ministry so they can follow up. We may also share conversations more broadly — with supporters and donors, and in materials describing our work (including fundraising and reaching prospective supporters) — but only after removing contact details and after an automated review that withholds any conversation that could identify an individual. Seekers may also choose to share their own conversation. Envoy Mission retains and owns these conversation records. Where we use conversations to improve our AI, we work with de-identified or aggregated data, and we never sell personal information.
• Partner Information: When you sign up as a partner, we collect your organization name, contact information, location, and ministry details.
• Donor Information: When you make a donation, we collect your name, email, and payment information. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers.
• Website Analytics: We collect standard analytics data including page views, device type, and approximate location to improve our website experience.

Ministries that host our chat widget can see the conversations that took place through their own widget, scoped to that ministry, so they can follow up with seekers. We never sell personal information. Beyond the hosting ministry, we may share de-identified conversation content — with contact details removed and after an automated check that withholds anything that could identify an individual — with supporters and donors and in materials describing our work; conversations a seeker has chosen to share may be used as given. Seekers may request access to or deletion of their information by contacting us at hello@envoymission.org.
