It starts with a question they've never said out loud
A person arrives, usually from an ad or a search, carrying something. Sometimes it's grief. Sometimes doubt. Sometimes a dream they can't explain. A Farsi-speaking seeker begins by describing recurring dreams of a man in white robes who calls them by name and says, "Come, follow me" — and admits they're afraid to tell anyone.
The Envoy listens before it answers
It doesn't lecture or launch into a script. It thanks the person for trusting it with something personal, tells them honestly that many people across their region have described similar experiences, and asks them to say more about how the dreams make them feel. The whole posture is: your question is real, and I'm not going to rush you.
It meets them in their world
Because the seeker is exploring from a Muslim background, the conversation moves at the pace that fits — patient on doubt, honest about what Christianity claims, never assuming the person shares a Christian starting point. When it points to Scripture, it does so where it genuinely belongs. Here, the words in the dream trace to Jesus calling his first disciples.
Something opens
Step by step, the person arrives somewhere they weren't when they started — in this case, the realization: "He is offering me the same invitation." That's a breakthrough, and the system records it as one — not to keep score, but so the donor who funded this conversation can see that it mattered.
Then, if they want it, a human
An Envoy doesn't disciple anyone. When a seeker wants more than a conversation, the goal is to connect them with a local church or ministry near them — real people for the long walk ahead. The conversation opens the door; people carry it through.
