It's the right question to ask of any charity, and it deserves a plain answer.
The split, shown to you
Every gift is divided the same way, and you can see it above — rendered from our live figures, not a rounded claim. The large majority goes to reaching seekers directly: the outreach that brings a person into a conversation and the technology that meets them. A fixed portion covers operations — the team, the infrastructure, and compliance. A smaller portion funds growth — reaching new supporters so the work can expand. Those last two are the honest cost of running a real organization; we name them rather than bury them.
Why we show the number, not a slogan
Plenty of charities say "most of your gift goes to the cause." We'd rather show the actual figure, keep it current, and let you verify it on your own dashboard for every donation you make. If the split changes, the number you see changes with it.
It's traceable to real work
"Reaching seekers directly" isn't an abstraction. Your dashboard shows the conversations your giving funded — anonymized, with the countries, languages, and spiritual journeys behind them. You can follow the dollar to the reach it produced.
What it doesn't fund
It doesn't fund exposure of the people you're reaching. Seekers stay anonymous by default, protected by an automated privacy check, and in sensitive places we keep specifics quiet. Transparency about money and protection of people are both part of the same commitment.
The bottom line
