For Investors
Fund Conversations. Change Lives.
Envoy Mission is an AI-powered evangelism engine with chat support in 35 languages, with country-specific envoys — built to reach spiritual seekers in their language and worldview, and give donors transparent reporting on every conversation their generosity funds.
“We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us.”
— 2 Corinthians 5:20
An envoy is a messenger sent under an ambassador. We send digital envoys — AI trained in theology, apologetics, and cultural context — to meet seekers exactly where they are.
The Problem
People Have Questions. No One Is There to Answer.
Over 3 billion people today have no meaningful access to the gospel. They live in languages the church doesn’t staff, in countries missionaries can’t physically enter, and in online spaces traditional outreach has never reached.
They are asking the deep questions — on TikTok, WhatsApp, search engines, at 3 a.m. But the church isn’t there to answer.
The Solution
Three Pillars. One Engine.
We send digital envoys to meet seekers where they are — and built an engine around three core experiences.
Seeker Experience
Culturally-aware AI envoys meet seekers with grace and truth. They understand worldview objections and apologetics. Every conversation is classified in real time against Cru’s 12-stage Audience Map, so engagement adapts to where each seeker actually is on their journey.
Donor Experience
Seekers can only be reached when donors fund them. Donors choose where their envoys are sent and adjust anytime. In return, they receive transparent reporting on the impact of their giving. Not generic stories. Real data.
Outreach Engine
We pool donations by region and fund outreach across digital and analog channels — wherever each audience is. An AI optimizer, running in shadow mode today, is built to reallocate spend continuously toward Kingdom impact per dollar.
Validation
It Started with a Hackathon.
At the 2024 Indigitous hackathon in Austin, our team built a Turkish-language chatbot as a weekend experiment. Within days, real seekers started engaging — not surface questions, but grief, purpose, meaning, hope.
Conversations that take months of relationship-building in traditional outreach happened in minutes. That weekend became a conviction: AI can open doors the church has never been able to reach before.
Subsequent field campaigns targeting seekers in Turkey and other closed-access, Muslim-majority regions held the thesis up: AI chat can meaningfully engage seekers from non-Christian worldviews at scale, in places physical missionaries cannot go. Envoy Mission is what was missing from those experiments — donor transparency, stage-aware engagement, and a multi-agent architecture built for scale.
What’s Built
Production-Ready Platform
Full AI Chat Interface
Streaming AI chat in 35 languages (RTL supported), with country-specific envoy personalities and inline Scripture linking resolved in the seeker’s language.
CRU 12-Stage Classification
Live in code today. Gray Matrix framework separates journey position (stage) from emotional state (sentiment), so engagement adapts to both.
Modular Prompt Architecture
Theology, apologetics, and personality assemble into each envoy’s system prompt as separate, swappable layers (a culture layer is scaffolded). Every conversation is traceable to the agent configuration that produced it.
Donor Dashboard & Giving Infrastructure
Flexible one-time or recurring giving (any amount), Stripe Checkout and subscription management, versioned fund allocation across regions, and transparent per-pool impact reporting.
Admin Back-Office
Mission-control KPIs, an AI content studio that turns briefs into creative drafts, campaign and fund oversight, and an AI-decision audit log with a human approval queue — all in one control surface.
Autonomous Development Engine
A designed multi-agent product team — Product Manager, Designer, Engineer, Copywriter, Integration Tester, and more — with full run-and-finding audit tables. Built and demonstrated; activation awaits the scheduling layer, so we can maintain the platform with a lean team.
Why Now
Three things converged in 2024 and 2025.
LLMs crossed the cultural-fluency threshold. Claude can now hold a theologically-sound, culturally-aware conversation in Farsi with a seeker in Tehran at 3 a.m. — something not possible two years ago.
Cru’s Audience Map research became operationalizable in code. We can classify a seeker’s journey stage in real time and adapt engagement accordingly.
Digital outreach became a genuine last-mile extension of the church’s global reach — meeting seekers in the languages and regions physical ministry can’t always staff.
Business Model
Donor-Funded, Transparently Stewarded
Donors give any amount — one-time or recurring — and choose the regions their giving supports. There are no fixed tiers. Every gift is split transparently, and each donor sees exactly how theirs was stewarded.
How giving works
Any amount
One-time or recurring, from $10 to $100,000, with suggested presets. Donors allocate giving across geographic pools and can adjust anytime.
Where every dollar goes
80% to the mission
Each gift carries a 15% operations fee and a 5% growth (fundraising) fee — 20% non-program, 80% to program. The rate is snapshotted on every gift, and donors see all three slices in their dashboard.
How it’s deployed
Pooled by region
A monthly commit cycle moves each donor’s net giving into regional fund pools, which fund the outreach campaigns that bring seekers in — reported back as conversations, breakthroughs, and handoffs.
The Vision
Make Disciples of All Nations.
The Great Commission at scale. Not just reach — transformation. Not just decisions — explosive growth of the global body of believers.
